Layer 1 – The LabLynx Informatics Platform (sciCloud.net)
This foundational layer is the sciCloud.net Informatics Platform that consists of the entire LabLynx ecosystem, including all users, clients, partners, and stakeholders. These participants are connected through a network of both community & lab specific applications that facilitate collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing across the LabLynx community. This platform layer provides the secure hosting, development environment, and compliance infrastructure required to support the solution. LabLynx sciCloud.net ensures that all applications operate within a reliable, scalable, and compliant environment.
Layer 2 – Applications
The Applications layer includes all software components required to support the laboratory’s workflows and operations. This includes LabLynx applications, as well as third-party and custom applications that are integrated to create a complete, tailored solution for each laboratory.
Layer 3 – Services
This layer encompasses the full range of LabLynx services that are delivered along with the platform and applications. These services include professional services, education, training, implementation support, and ongoing customer assistance. These services ensure that the technology platform is successfully implemented and continuously optimized.
Layer 4 – Your LabLynx Solution: Together, the three layers combine to deliver the fourth layer; a fully integrated, secure, and scalable informatics environment tailored to meet the unique needs of your laboratory.
