Users and User Groups
Permissions can be set for individual Users as well as User Groups. This page details the management of Users and User Groups for Admins.
To view and manage your users:
Click on the person icon in the top right corner and select Admin Panel.
Go to the Users tab to see your list of users.
- You can filter your list of users, search for a specific user, or sort the list by different columns.
- The Users tab in the Admin Panel allows you to modify user accounts. You can promote a user to admin, archive, or delete a user.
- An archived user will no longer be able to log in and all of their experiments will be locked.
To view and manage your User Groups:
Click on the person icon in the top right corner and select Admin Panel.
Go to the Users Groups tab to see your User Groups and add Users to a User Group.
- You can add new User Groups by typing in the Use Group Name and clicking create.
- You can add Users to a User Group by searching for the user and clicking Add User.
To view your Team:
Click on Team in the top menu and select the Members tab.
This list of members allows a user to click the name to see all experiments owned by that user.
