It starts with learning about your needs - From the first moment you contact us, it will become very clear to you that our mission is to learn everything we can about who you are, what you do and how you do it, and, most importantly, where your lab’s pain points are and what it will take to address them – both now and continuing into the future. The more information we have, the more accurate and complete our Statement of Work (SOW) and pricing will be.
